Van, TX
Van is home base for JBR Construction, and it is where the range of the crew's work shows up most: kitchen and bathroom remodels in the neighborhoods around town, additions and ADUs on the larger lots outside city limits, and roof and siding repair after the hail that regularly comes through Van Zandt County in spring.

Tyler is the largest market in JBR Construction's service area, and the range of housing stock there, from older homes near downtown and the Azalea District to newer construction on the outskirts, covers most of what the crew builds: kitchen and bathroom remodels, window replacement, spray foam attics, and full re-roofs after storm damage.

Longview anchors the eastern side of JBR Construction's service area, and its housing runs the full range: older neighborhoods of mid-century homes near downtown that are due for kitchen, bathroom, and window updates, and newer subdivisions and acreage properties toward Lake Cherokee and Lake O' the Pines where additions, decks, and shop buildings are the common asks.
